Aufgaben Lead Conversations: Initiate high-quality cold calls with
potential clients across English-speaking markets Own Engagement:
Build genuine client relationships and present tailored recruitment
solutions Grow the Network: Identify opportunities, open doors, and
expand our client base Support the Close: Work with our sales team to
bring in new business and ensure smooth onboarding Profil Fluent
English (native level) – bonus points if you speak German Sales
