Scrum Master (French/Dutch)

We are seeking a Scrum Master fluent in French or Dutch to join our team in Brussels. The role ensures a common understanding of Scrum methodology, supports the squad in maximizing value, and creates conditions for effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand‑up, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review and Retrospective.

• Support the squad in translating objectives and features into a realistic and transparent delivery plan.

• Track key delivery milestones, proactively identify risks, impediments and dependencies.

• Facilitate cross‑team and cross‑application dependency management, ensuring clear ownership and follow‑up.

• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining an actionable, prioritized and refined Product Backlog.

• Coordinate with distributed and external delivery partners to ensure seamless delivery.

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a banking or financial‑services environment.

• Experience working with transversal/platform squads delivering capabilities to multiple consumers.

• Familiarity with complex application integrations, APIs and document/content‑management environments.

• Ability to work with distributed and external delivery partners.

• Fluency in French or Dutch.

• Strong communication, facilitation and servant‑leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Technical understanding of IT/software delivery and integration landscapes.

• Experience coordinating large‑scale delivery involving multiple applications.

• Knowledge of risk management and dependency tracking practices.
