- Sound experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach in medium to high complexity environments
- Good knowledge of software development processes
- Ability to structure complex issues and bring them to fruition in a goal-oriented manner. Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten: - Support our Scrum teams in achieving their goals by creating a supportive, agile working environment
- Support the teams with strong methodological skills and continuously develop working methods
- Moderate Scrum events and be responsible for the continuous improvement process

- Strengthen and live the agile mindset in the teams
