**You’ll make an impact by** 

- OT Cybersecurity Assessment: Ability to perform OT security assessments, vulnerability management, and risk analysis in industrial environments independently. 
- OT Security Solutions: Knowledge of secure OT system design principles, including defense-in-depth strategies and zero-trust architecture. 
- OT Governance: Experience developing and implementing OT security policies, procedures, and standards. 
- Spearhead Innovative Cybersecurity Solutions: Drive groundbreaking technical solutions and projects, ensuring robust protection of digital assets in various environments. 
- Conduct Comprehensive Security Assessments: Perform thorough assessments and devise robust protection mechanisms against potential threats. 
- Establish Effective Cybersecurity Teams: Set up teams to navigate challenges and refine business models, fostering cybersecurity resilience. 
- Provide Regulatory Compliance Guidance: Offer counsel on compliance and align strategies with internal governance, ensuring comprehensive cybersecurity. 
- Effective Client Handling: Ability to bridge communication gaps between IT and OT teams, translating technical security concepts for operational stakeholders. 

**This is how you’ll win us over** 

- Education: 
- Outstanding academic background (Master’s/Ph. D./MBA from a top business school or equivalent experience), specializing in cyber security, computer science, data science or a related field 
- Experience & skills: 
- 8+ years of professional experience in OT cybersecurity is a must, and consulting background is a benefit 
- A proven track record of implemented client solutions in OT environments is a must 
- Experience with cybersecurity policy creation and procedures 
- Understanding of relevant standards, legislation or frameworks (e.g., NIS 2, BSI baseline protection, EU GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework) is a plus 
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP, CompTIA, or IEC 62443) is a plus 
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial approach 
- Extensive international exposure, gained through studies abroad or professional work experience. 
- Ways of working:  
- Demonstrate social competence, a high level of empathy, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Your passion for impactful work is evident in your ability to run projects independently, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and drive results in dynamic environments. 
- Languages: Fluent in English (C2), German is a plus 
- Willingness to travel: 80% traveling
