# **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Develop 24-month sales forecasts using trend and demand analysis
- Drive the monthly EMEA Milwaukee NPI reviews
- Facilitate cross-functional demand reviews, ensuring alignment and documenting risks/mitigations
- Communicate forecasts and insights to management
- Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy
- Analysing sales, inventory, and profitability and making recommendations to key stakeholders in order to manage Milwaukee portfolio and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with Milwaukee Supply Teams on PSI planning by key vendor
- Support Supply Chain & IT in delivering training on tools and processes

# **WHAT YOU’LL NEED:**

- Extend experience in Demand Planning
- Solid knowledge of S&OP processes
- Experience in working with Supply Chain systems as a Key User
- Proven experience in cross-functional project teams
- Confident in presenting to senior leadership
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
