our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and
committed: (Senior) Equipment Technician (m/f/d) We are building a
team and are looking for skilled Advanced Equipment Technicians to
become the backbone of our manufacturing process. In this dynamic
role, you will go beyond basic maintenance. You will tackle complex
equipment challenges, ensure top-tier quality, and step up as a leader
and mentor to our junior technicians. Tasks Execute advanced
preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot complex, high-level
equipment issues with minimal engineering guidance. Act as a mentor!
Lead junior technicians in daily PM and troubleshooting activities,
ensure checklists are flawlessly completed, and coach newcomers to
success. Have an eagle eye for detail? You will identify subtle
equipment deviations (e.g., rough movements, worn components), report
abnormalities, and help drive process stability. Contribute directly
to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and demonstrate basic tool
troubleshooting for the wider team. Take ownership of the parts
lifecycle—managing scrapped parts and ensuring our inventory is
always sufficient and ready to go. Identify safety risks, create basic
safety SOPs, and provide essential safety training to keep your team
secure. Profile Successfully completed vocational training in an
industrial or mechanical field (IHK certified: Industriemechaniker,
Mechatroniker or Elektriker) At least 3 years of professional
experience in a manufacturing environment. Semiconductor industry
experience is nice to have Practical English skills (Level B1). You
must be able to read technical documentation, complete your interview
in English Ability and willingness to work an 8-hour shift model,
which includes nights, weekends, and sometimes public holidays You are
highly reliable, structured, and safety-oriented A team-oriented
mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with us
Willing to travel to Taiwan for a 6 - 9 month comprehensive training
program Semiconductor industry experience is nice to have We offer
