About Flyt Flyt is Scandinavia's leading Odoo partner, with
established businesses in Norway and Denmark. We help mid-sized
companies run smarter, more profitable operations on Odoo — a
fast-growing, cloud-based ERP platform. Flyt Deutschland GmbH was
established in Hamburg in 2026. We already deliver Odoo projects for
German clients through our Nordic teams, and we are now building the
local team that will carry that work forward. You would be among the
first consultants in Hamburg, with real influence over how Flyt
Germany takes shape — supported from day one by experienced
colleagues in Norway and Denmark. We are hiring two to three
consultants for our Hamburg office. Your role • Take delivery
responsibility for parts of a project, or for whole projects • Map
and design client processes across logistics, sales, production and
finance • Run workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to
land on the right solution • Configure and test processes in Odoo,
specify new functionality, and follow up with the developers building
it • Train process owners and end users, and support clients through
go-live • Work closely with the wider Flyt team in Norway and
Denmark • Help shape how Flyt works in Germany — methodology,
client approach, and the local team as it grows Your profile We are
open to three starting points. You bring one of: • A strong ERP
background, technical or functional — on Odoo, SAP, Dynamics or
another platform • Solid German accounting and controlling
knowledge, with practical ERP experience • At least two years of
management consulting experience, or other consultancy, with a genuine
appetite to build deep Odoo expertise Alongside that, you bring: • A
master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional
experience • A consulting mindset — ready to act as lead
consultant, with strong communication skills in front of clients •
The ability and curiosity to learn a lot, fast – ready to take on
challenges • Comfortable with complex, end-to-end business
processes, with attention to details • Fluent German and English,
preferably experience with English as company language • A
willingness to travel, and an appreciation for working together in
person — based in or near Hamburg is a plus, not a requirement What
