- Provide SAP US / Brazil-specific packaging and reporting configurations to meet legal and fiscal requirements
- Conduct requirements engineering to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions
- Act as a bridge between the business and the AMS team to ensure efficient and effective support
- Coordinate and steer the roadmap to align with business needs and organizational strategy
