strengthen our local IT team within our manufacturing operations site
in Altshausen (Ulm Area) , we are looking for a Senior IT Operations
Technician (f/m/d) In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead
continuous improvements, ensure the reliability and efficiency of our
IT infrastructure, drive a variety of on-site IT projects, and act as
the key technical bridge between local business teams and central IT.

professional journey. Key Responsibilities: Deliver hands-on on-site
L2 support, resolving complex issues to maintain efficient operations
Monitor help desk trends, identify recurring challenges, and drive
improvements across IT services Facilitate onboarding and training for
new IT team members (f/m/d) Create and share clear training materials
and documentation for the central IT L1 Support team Act as the
primary interface between the manufacturing site and central IT,
ensuring seamless on-site project execution Provide local insights to
guide practical and effective IT solutions Requirements: Extensive
professional experience as an IT technician (f/m/d), system
administrator (f/m/d), or in a similar role, with a strong focus on L2
support within a manufacturing environment Solid practical knowledge
of Microsoft Windows environments (clients and servers), Active
Directory, and Microsoft 365 services Basic networking knowledge,
including TCP/IP and LAN/WAN troubleshooting Good knowledge of ITIL
principles and best practices for incident management, problem
management, and change management Experience in first-line SAP support
is considered an advantage Proven project management skills Knowledge
of Operational Technology (OT) is an advantag Excellent command of
