Task and responsibilities:

- Execute quality management across the central template team and all ongoing and upcoming rollout projects according to the internal project management standard iPME@DC (PMI-based)
- Implement and anchor the QM approach throughout the entire program
- Lead and manage a team of Quality Managers, including capacity and resource planning
- Provide regular reporting to the Program Management Team, including defined KPIs
- Ensure adherence to the QM approach across all relevant functions, roles, and external partners
- Deliver audit-compliant QM documentation and outputs
- Communicate and collaborate effectively within the European time zone to meet deadlines and align team efforts

Knowledge:

- Senior IT Quality Manager with 10+ years of experience in global SAP template and rollout projects or similar role
- Proven experience in complex projects with multi-layered governance structures and multiple stakeholders
- PMI certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels
- Collaborative working style with strong ability to drive followership
- Fluent English, good German skills
- After completing the onboarding process the position is around 90% remote, occasional travel for workshops
