* Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
* Several years of hands-on construction experience, conducting inspections, evaluating compliance, and implementing corrective actions.
* Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments.
* Thorough understanding of mechanical systems
* Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
* Advanced knowledge of EU directives and regulationsVery good English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
* Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project assignments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
* Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems, to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, including discrepancies, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Generate comprehensive reports summarizing inspection results and recommendations for improvement.
* Testing and Evaluation: Conduct functional tests and performance evaluations of mechanical systems to validate their reliability, safety, and efficiency. Utilize specialized equipment and tools as necessary to assess system functionality and performance.
* Compliance Assurance: Stay abreast of EU directives, regulations, and standards relevant to mechanical systems. Ensure that mechanical installations and components meet the requirements outlined in these directives and standards.
