Aufgabe:
- Act as the primary Relationship Manager, overseeing the operational sales of trade finance, cash management, capital market products, as well as bilateral, syndicated, and ECA-covered loans, in close collaboration with relevant product specialists and local representative offices.
- Serve as the key point of contact for customer inquiries, taking ownership of overall client strategies, portfolio management, as well as managing credit and compliance risks
- Drive revenue generation for your assigned country or portfolio by promoting the Group’s services to international customers and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the bank's earnings potential, in collaboration with product specialists
- Manage key compliance responsibilities, including KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements, as part of your First Line of Defence obligations
Profil:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or banking
- Several years of sales and relationship management experience with international clients, particularly in trade finance
- Strong understanding of the geopolitical and macroeconomic landscape in Latin America
- Business fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential
- Solid knowledge of financial institution product offerings, including capital markets and structured solutions
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
- High levels of initiative, motivation, adaptability, and conflict management skills, coupled with a strong willingness to emb change
- Independent and structured work style, alongside a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication skills and a creative, solution-driven approach to challenges
- Significant international experience through studies or professional assignments abroad
