🎓 Qualification: Graduation
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and generate leads.
Understand and qualify client requirements.
Follow up with potential clients.
Maintain call records and update CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
3–5 years of telecalling/inside sales experience.
Excellent Hindi & English communication.
Construction/PEB industry experience preferred.
Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
Target-oriented and persuasive personality.
