Acting as a mentor, sparring partner, and driving force behind technical excellence, you will guide your team toward building high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will take initiative, coach colleagues and ensure technical decisions are well-founded. Beyond coding you will serve as a technical ambassador in one or more domains, whether functional such as security or payments, technological such as Java, or component-specific.

• Very good experience with Spring Framework, especially Spring Web MVC, and JPA/Hibernate with relational databases.
• Understanding of performance, scalability and security challenges in distributed systems.
• Fluency in English and enjoyment of working in an international environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and team development.
• Experience with Kubernetes/Helm.
• Experience with JavaScript and web development including any modern framework is beneficial.
