### What you´ll do

- Support the Adhesive Technologies’ Board Member and Executive Committee in strategy development, strategic projects, presentations, and ad hoc requests
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects with diverse stakeholders across the organization
- Conduct analyses and conceptual work to support strategic decision-making
- Design and prepare presentations and briefing materials for internal meetings, conferences, and external engagements
- Manage and deliver on ad hoc requests and special initiatives from the leadership team
- Work in a dynamic team to drive strategic topics 

### What makes you a good fit

- Master degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Min. 8 years of relevant work experience, thereof min. 3 years in corporate strategy or strategy consulting
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, ability to manage a variety of internal stakeholders
- Experienced in leading projects and strong project management skills
- Team player with a high level of motivation, determination to achieve results, and hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German and English
