ELT Group Deutschland ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen bei Bonn mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Systemintegration von Sensoren sowie im Bereich Konzeption und Entwicklung von Test- und Trainingslösungen im Bereich der Elektronischen Kampfführung.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Supply Chain Management team, working from Italy to coordinate collaboration between our German site, our parent company in Rome and our Italian suppliers.

To support our team, we are looking for a

SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR (GN)

You will be part of ELT Group Deutschland and report directly to our Head of Supply Chain Management in Germany. Together, you will ensure aligned planning processes and reliable deliveries. You will work primarily from home, with regular on-site visits to our suppliers and our parent company.

IHR ZUKÜNFTIGER AUFGABENBEREICH:

• Coordinate demand and supply planning between Meckenheim and Rome

• Aligning customer requirements, production plans and material availability with the relevant teams

• Review and track material requirements and procurement activities in SAP

• Coordinate closely with our key suppliers in Italy, particularly in the Rome and Milan areas, including regular on-site visits

• Identify potential supply shortages early and coordinate appropriate actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Monitor supplier performance and clearly communicate delivery status, risks and required actions

DESHALB PASSEN SIE ZU UNS:

• Preferably a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field

• Several years of relevant experience in supply chain management, material or production planning, or procurement within an industrial environment

• A sound understanding of material requirements planning and supply processes across multiple sites

• Proficiency in SAP and good Excel skills; experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage

• An independent, structured approach to work, strong communication skills and a professional, reliable manner

• Fluency in Italian and English; German language skills are a plus

• Willingness to travel regularly within Italy and occasionally to Germany
