Einleitung High-Tech Environment with Real Ownership Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 + equity package On behalf of an innovative and fast-growing technology company (a true hidden champion in its field), I am currently looking for a Senior System Administrator / DevOps Specialist (gn) who wants to go beyond simply maintaining infrastructure and instead actively shape and evolve it. This is not a traditional “keep-the-lights-on” IT role. At the same time, you’ll play a central role in driving automation and DevOps best practices forward. Your responsibilities include: • Designing, building, and continuously improving modern IT infrastructures • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments • Leveraging Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) for scalable and consistent environments • Working with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) • Implementing monitoring, logging, and performance optimization strategies • Ensuring system stability, availability, and security across the platform • Collaborating closely with development teams to enhance architecture and deployment workflows In short: You make sure everything runs smoothly and keeps getting better.
