We are looking for a **Senior Technical Expert Agronomy (m/f/d)** working 39h/week to start immediately.

## What you will do:

- Support the development and continuous improvement of a portfolio of farm assurance products
- Professional knowledge development through research, industry engagement and targeted training
- Take part in external representation and cross-functional technical collaboration to support stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer and capacity building
- Function in a team that provides technical leadership and engages with external stakeholders through knowledge transfer, advisory support, and participation in industry platforms

## What we are looking for:

- Degree in the field of Agricultural Science, or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of Agricultural Production Practices, including plant physiology, nutrition, soil management, or relevant agronomic principles
- Experience in multi-stakeholder projects, desirable across different cropping systems and countries
- Technical knowledge of regenerative agriculture is an advantage
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
