Service Techniker (m/f/d)

Your Duties:

• Install and commission complex technical equipment and systems at customer sites

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, upgrades, and repairs

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures

• Carry out warranty and post-warranty service activities

• Perform final adjustments, functional tests, and technical handovers

• Provide technical advice and support to customers

• Conduct technical customer training on equipment operation and maintenance

• Select and manage required tools, test equipment, and spare parts

• Prepare service, repair, acceptance, and quality documentation

• Coordinate service activities with customers and internal departments

Your Qualifications:

• Relevant professional experience

• Experience in technical customer service, field service, maintenance, or installation

• Strong technical understanding of complex equipment and systems

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and responsibly at customer sites

• Strong customer orientation and communication skills

• Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and internationally

• Good English skills for working in an international environment
