Role summary. Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and the implementation team by driving discovery, requirements gathering, process design, and solution validation activities.
Key responsibilities
Conduct business workshops.
Gather and validate requirements.
Perform fit-gap assessments.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
Configure functional elements and validate solution behavior.
Support testing, training, and deployment activities.
Assist with stakeholder sign-offs and Hypercare support.
Experience
5+ years ServiceNow functional consulting experience.
Strong business analysis and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience in WSD, FSM, EAM, ITSM, or workplace transformation programs.
