**Overview:**

The Site SAP EWM Super User is a key local resource responsible for driving the SAP EWM implementation, integration and operations support from a site-level perspective. This role will act as the primary POC for the site working closely with the regional implementation project team to ensure the successful rollout of SAP EWM. The Site SAP EWM Super User will oversee all aspects of the onsite implementation, supporting operational teams and ensuring alignment with both local and regional requirements.

**The position is limited to one year.**

**Key Responsibilities:**


- Systems Integration & Support:

- Provide technical support for SAP EWM integration and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Help define, design, implement, and maintain software solutions on various platforms to enhance system performance
- Act as the primary technical resource for system enhancements, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability onsite
- Support technology infrastructure in a dynamic and evolving business environment


- Process Improvement & Future-State Development:

- Use knowledge of current processes to define and shape future-state EWM processes
- Partner with management to identify areas of improvement in the technical environment and align with business objectives
- Monitor system performance and propose strategic improvements to meet operational and business demands


- Project Management & Implementation:

- Lead all technical aspects including planning, execution and post-implementation review onsite
- Provide advanced end-to-end solutions to complex integration challenges across software, hardware and networks
- Manage equipment orders, cable installation and network planning ensuring seamless system upgrades and integrations


- Support, Testing & Training:

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results and drive issue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders
- Provide 1st and 2nd level system support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at a local site
- Review and improve training materials, conduct training sessions for the staff to ensure effective knowledge transfer


- Documentation & Compliance:

- Document operational processes, procedures and system configurations to ensure consistency and clarity
- Monitor systems for adherence to security policies and recommend procedural changes as necessary
- Support the development and execution of backup and recovery strategies to safeguard system integrity


- Collaboration & Communication:

- Act as a liaison between technical teams, operational teams and management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Provide strategic insights on emerging technologies and their potential impact on existing or future business systems


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems, e.g. SAP or Blue Yonder (JDA).
- Essential Understanding of system integration, technical infrastructure and process improvement methodologies
- Ability to lead technical projects and support complex system implementations
- Knowledge of EMEA-specific logistics regulations and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address novel and complicated challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement
