Your role at Dynatrace

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you will be working on Application Security project focused on implementing Security Posture Management (SPM). You will help implement a solution to capture data from various services such as Kubernetes, AWS, GCP and Azure that can be visualized as security findings in our React application.
If you are passionate about development, security, and understanding how things work in cloud platforms and Kubernetes, this is your chance to take on an exciting challenge in a fantastic, international team based in Vienna and working closely with our colleagues in Brno.

* You will develop new apps for Application Security solutions

* Proactively participate in code reviews

* Apply your know-how of application security

* Enjoy collaboration in Agile way with your team in Brno and international teams across Europe

* Work in a cloud-native environment using modern technologies like TypeScript and React.js

* Optimize and enhance the performance and user experience of our applications

* Build and maintain web applications using React and Node.js in collaboration with cross-functional teams

What will help you succeed

* Technical study in Computer Science or similar field

* Profound experience in Software Engineering, developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript

* Fundamental knowledge of React.js and Node.js

* Proficient with core web technologies like HTML and CSS

* Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture

* Interest in cloud native applications security

* Previous K8s background is a plus

* Proficient in writing automated tests; knowledge of Jest and Playwright is a plus

* UX/Design affinity and understanding is a big plus

* Interested in backend/Java development is a plus

* Team player with proactive approach and high sensibility for quality
