* Strong software design and database principles

* Love giving and receiving constructive feedback
* Independent, precise, and well-organized work style
* Enjoy pair programming to share knowledge and learn
* Driven by the challenge of delivering high-performance and scalable solutions
* Proficient in English; speaking German is a plus
