## Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Solution Architect (m/f/diverse) for Microsoft Information Protection & Governance to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's information is protected, managed and governed in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and organizational policies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining information protection and governance solutions based on Microsoft technologies such as Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Microsoft Compliance Manager, Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, and Microsoft Information Governance. 

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement information protection and governance solutions based on Microsoft technologies
- Develop and maintain information protection and governance policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze data flows and usage patterns to identify and mitigate risks associated with sensitive data
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in matters related to information protection and governance
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of information protection and governance controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure that information protection and governance requirements are integrated into existing systems and processes
- Provide training and awareness sessions to end-users on information protection and governance policies and procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to information protection and governance
- Advanced Knowledge about File and Folder encryption

## Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Many years of experience working with Microsoft information protection and governance technologies such as Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, Microsoft Compliance Manager, Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, and Microsoft Information Governance
- Strong knowledge of information security and governance principles and best practices
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE: Security, MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration, and Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Fluent German and English language skills in written and spoken
