Stores Executive

We are seeking a Stores Executive to join our team. The role involves managing inventory, handling material receipts and dispatches, and maintaining accurate stock records. Candidates with hands‑on warehouse experience and strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Identify common mechanical items such as spanners, calipers, fasteners, power tools, and safety equipment.

• Manage inward and outward material receipts, stock checking, and outgoing dispatches.

• Maintain physical stock, update stock registers, and perform regular inventory checks.

• Enter and manage inventory data using MS Excel.

• Arrange store layout, maintain bin cards, and ensure visual stock identification.

• Ensure systematic bin allocation and upkeep of visual stock verification.

Required qualifications

• 10th Pass, 12th Pass, ITI, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Hands‑on experience in warehouse or factory stores management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.

• Strong attention to detail for visual stock verification and bin maintenance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with inventory management software.

• Ability to work six days a week with flexibility.
