**Summary of the role**

The Inside Sales Team Lead ensures effective execution of our strategy and sales activities. The role emphasizes focus on employee development in terms of coaching, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. The Team Lead acts as the formal people manager, ensures priority alignment, and serves as the first escalation point for operational and HR related topics.
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team, serving as the formal reporting line and ensuring performance accountability
- Coordinate daily Inside Sales activities and campaigns for the Southern region
- Ensure timely and accurate lead, campaign, and opportunity follow-up
- Manage and prioritize quotations, orders, TrueBlue agreements, and customer inquiries
- Monitor response times, backlog, sales results, and daily workload
- Act as first escalation point for operational and customer issues
- Coach and support team members in daily execution and performance improvement
- Conduct regular monthly team meetings focused on results and process improvement
- Approve special pricing and commercial decisions within defined limits
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, pricing policies, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with field sales and internal stakeholders to support regional objectives
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a Commercial Operations role
- Initial experience in people leadership or team coordination
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferably SAP / C4C
**Skills and Abilities**
- Fluent English skills are mandatory
- Additional language skills are an plus
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on leadership approach
- Ability to manage escalations and make sound day-to-day decisions
- Data-driven mindset with focus on KPIs and operational excellence
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership and accountability
