Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Supply Officer After Sales for Standard Hardware (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

- Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to fulfill customer demands on standard/hardware materials
- Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
- Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
- Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistic processes
- Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
- Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order

Your profile:

- Completed technical studies in business administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
- Professional work experience in the field of Controlling, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Disposition / Material procurement
- Experience in Google Workspace and SAP
- Fluent in English and fundamental German, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
