System Architect for Cockpit Domain Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Participate in Concept Studies, Proof-of-Concept Designs, and Product Development
- Design and document high-performance computing systems tailored to specific customer requirements
- Technical Interface to in-house development, partners, and suppliers
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Software Development, Functional Safety, and Test experts
- Evaluation and selection of HPC technologies, including processors, functional peripherals, and storage solutions
- Conduct performance analysis and tuning to maximize system efficiency and throughput
- Ensure the reliability, availability, expandability, and maintainability of HPC systems
- Support of developers to clarify architectural and design questions
- Support development of safety concepts
Your profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
- Experience as a System Architect with a focus on high-performance computing
- In-depth knowledge of HPC hardware components, including CPUs & GPUs
- Knowledge in Car-Infotainment-Development beneficial
- Very good knowledge of the full cycle of embedded system development
- Familiarity with hypervisor, containerization, and orchestration technologies are welcomed
- Experience with machine learning and AI workloads in HPC environments are welcomed
- Well-founded knowledge in development methodologies (CMMI, Automotive SPICE), here focus on ASPICE – SYS.1, SYS.2, partly SYS.3 and experience in the use of tools for requirements management, system-architecture, and design
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
