As an experienced professional, you support your colleagues with your long-standing know-how and expertise. ## System Engineer (m/f/d) **You will take on these challenges** * You translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear and actionable system requirements * You ensure that requirements remain traceable and consistent throughout the entire development lifecycle * You contribute to the specification, integration, and optimization of complex technical systems * You collaborate closely with development and testing teams to successfully implement and validate requirements * You support change management as well as verification and validation activities, helping to ensure the quality and performance of the systems **Your benefits with us** * Permanent employment contract * Flexibility through the possibility to work remotely (depending on the client company) * Flexible compensation systems with profit sharing and bonus programs * Flexible working hours through flextime arrangements * With us, you can take on responsibility and develop yourself further **What you bring to the table** * You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field * You have gained initial hands-on experience in requirements engineering, requirements management, or the development of complex technical systems * You possess knowledge of Systems Engineering and ideally have first experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) * You are familiar with requirements and system management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or comparable solutions; experience with MATLAB/Simulink is considered an advantage * Ideally, you have gained first experience in the Aerospace or Defence industry, or within another complex industrial engineering environment * You stand out through your analytical mindset, structured way of working, and strong communication skills in both German and English Our team thrives on diversity.
