Our corporate culture is characterized by precision, team spirit, short decision-making processes, and open collaboration.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & People Development

• You take on the operational and disciplinary leadership of a Team Cell Cluster, typically consisting of several Team Cells at one of ASDS's locations.

• You are responsible for staffing your cluster and managing the professional development of your employees.

• Through regular meetings and structured communication, you promote exchange, collaboration and the continuous development of your team members.

• You analyse existing team structures and adapt them to meet the requirements of current and future projects.

Operational Responsibility & Resource Management

• You are responsible for the results of tasks and work packages assigned to your Team Cell Cluster by the projects.

• You ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements, guidelines and quality standards.

• You are responsible for resource planning, support budgeting activities and monitor project milestones.

• In close coordination with the relevant functional leads, you ensure efficient collaboration and the effective allocation of resources.

Technical Involvement

• In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you actively contribute your technical expertise to our development projects.

• The technical leadership of the employees is provided by the respective functional leadership roles within ASDS.

• Approximately 50% of your working time will be dedicated to leadership and management responsibilities, with the remaining time spent contributing to technical development projects.

YOUR PROFIL What you bring to the table:

• A degree in an engineering discipline or an equivalent qualification in electronics development, such as hardware, firmware or software.

• Experience in the development of cryptographic systems for various applications, ideally in the aerospace industry or other security-critical sectors.

• Initial leadership experience or a strong aptitude for leading teams, motivating employees and supporting their professional development.

• Excellent teamwork skills, empathy and the ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.

• Experience in resource planning, budgeting and monitoring project milestones.

• An independent, structured and goal-oriented approach to work, combined with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to maintain an overview, even in challenging situations.

• Good English skills for technical and interpersonal communication.
