What we expect
As Team Lead IT Asset Management, you will be responsible for global IT asset management (ITAM) – from hardware and software to cloud assets. You will develop a forward-looking strategy, manage international partners, and optimize cost structures in a complex, multinational environment.
You will lead a team of six experts, work closely with internal stakeholders and global partners, and ensure that our IT landscape remains not only efficient, but also compliant and future-proof.
• Strategic IT asset management: Development and implementation of a global ITAM strategy for hardware, software, and cloud.
• FinOps und cost optimization: Promotion of FinOps maturity, reduction of license and cloud costs, prioritization of initiatives, and definition of KPIs.
• Supplier and partner management: Management of external partners (including Infosys, Microsoft, SAP) and ensuring service quality and efficiency.
• Compliance und risk management: Ensuring compliance with licensing models, ITIL processes, and legal requirements (SOX, GDPR).
• Leadership: Leading and developing an international team and working closely with the Chief Information Officer, regional IT managers, and finance departments.
Who we are looking for
• Degree in IT, business administration, or similar.
• More than 10 years of experience in IT asset management, FinOps, or ITIL in complex corporate structures, preferably in an international environment.
• In-depth expertise in ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft licensing, and IT financial management.
• Experience in leading international teams and managing external providers.
• Strong communication and change management skills to operate successfully in dynamic environments.
