Your tasks:
- Preparation and execution of reliability tests for integrated devices
- Testing of integrated devices using mass production tester environment
- Setup of electrical test environment to drive semiconductor devices during reliability test
- Troubleshooting for reliability and electrical tests
- Report on reliability and electrical test results
- Archiving reliability test hardware and software
- Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Close cooperation with reliability laboratories and product engineers to realize reliability demands
Your profile:
- Junior/graduate electronic engineer or electronic technician
- Good knowledge of semiconductor/integrated devices
- Good knowledge of testing integrated devices and start-up of reliability tests
- Experience in programming electronic systems is beneficial
- Good oral and written command in English and German
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Working independently with good documentation capability
