Unser Bereich

Die Abteilung „Mechanische Komponenten" fertigt mechanische Bauteile durch Fräsen, Blechbearbeitung und Kunststofftechnik, fügt Bauteile
durch verschiedene Klebe-, Löt- und Schweißverfahren, lackiert Bauteile und führt Montagetätigkeiten durch.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen aus GFK/CFK Verbundwerkstoffen (Laminieren, Richten, Schleifen, Montieren)

• Vorbereitung der Bauteile für den Autoklaven

• Integration von Bauteilen in die Verbundstruktur

• Einsatz von Werkzeugen, Vorrichtungen, Geräten verschiedener Bearbeitungstechniken mit mehrschichtigen und komplexen Bearbeitungsinhalten

• Vorbereiten von Bauteilen und Komponenten am Arbeitsplatz für die Bearbeitung und Prüfen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit

• Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen

• Erfassung und Eingabe in SAP von Zeiten und Aufwänden

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/in für Kunststofftechnik, Mechaniker/in mit Neigung zu GFK/CFK-Verbundwerkstoffen oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

• Kenntnisse über Faserverbundkunststoffe sind von Vorteil

• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Koordinationsfähigkeit

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
