**How you will make an impact with us:**

- **Generate impact:** Act as advisor to our customers, crafting agendas and transformation roadmaps with your thought leadership while jointly driving sustainable growth of the consulting business.
- **Strategic Project Ownership:** Shape and steer strategically relevant transformation initiatives across Siemens.
- **Delivery Oversight:** Provide delivery oversight for a portfolio of complex transformation projects within Siemens, ensuring high quality, effective governance, and alignment with strategic priorities.
- **Build trusted C-level relationships:** Act as senior advisor to top executives, establishing partnerships and managing complex internal stakeholder landscapes.
- **Thought Leadership and Innovation:** Bring deep expertise in strategy development, business transformation, and innovation to Siemens’ most relevant challenges and develop differentiated approaches that create sustainable business impact.
- **Develop people and culture:** Inspire, coach, and grow high-performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive, performance-oriented consulting culture.

**What you bring:**

- **Education:** A Master's degree, MBA or equivalent experience from a world-class university/business school, ideally with a focus on strategic management, international business, digital transformation, or a degree related to Siemens’ core offerings, e.g. computer science, technology management, engineering.
- **Experience & Skills**
- Extensive consulting experience (12+ years), with a proven track record as Principal, (Associate) Partner or VP at a top-tier strategy consultancy, or equivalent experience in corporate strategy roles.
- Proven track record in leading industrial digital transformation projects, spanning strategy development, implementation, and value realization. Experience in People & Organization (P&O) transformation initiatives is considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated experience in providing delivery oversight for complex transformation portfolios, ensuring successful execution, effective governance, quality, risk management, and alignment across senior stakeholders.
- Trusted advisor to executive-level customers, with the ability to shape strategic agendas, transformation roadmaps, and business-critical decisions in complex corporate environments.
- Deep expertise in digitalization, AI-enabled transformation, and organizational change, leveraging innovative approaches to create sustainable business impact.
- **Working Style**
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization, fostering partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
- Extensive experience leading international teams and actively creating an inclusive environment.
- **Languages:** Business-fluent English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
