About the Role

We are seeking experienced Video Editors to contribute to a project focused on improving next-generation AI systems.

In this role, you will use your professional video editing expertise to transform raw footage into polished, engaging content while providing insights that help train and improve AI models. You will collaborate with project teams, implement creative feedback, and apply industry best practices in visual storytelling, post-production, and content delivery.

Prior experience in AI is not required. Your professional editing expertise and creative judgment are what matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, compelling content using industry-standard editing software.

• Collaborate through written and verbal communication to understand creative requirements and project objectives.

• Implement feedback and refine edits to align with evolving guidelines and project expectations.

• Enhance video content using visual effects, motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.

• Organize and manage media assets efficiently, maintaining version control and following established workflows.

• Prepare and export deliverables in multiple formats optimized for web, broadcast, and social media distribution.

• Provide professional insights on video trends, visual storytelling, and editing best practices to support AI model development.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in video editing, supported by a portfolio demonstrating diverse content and advanced technical capabilities.

• Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback exchange.

• A strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.

• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and audio post-production is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with current video production trends and adaptability across different content genres and formats.
