What You'll Do

* Own end-to-end product design across SPS products, from early problem framing and discovery through detailed design and delivery, covering both UX and UI.
* Lead UX discovery activities including user research, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, workflow analysis, and usability testing to deeply understand professional user needs.
* Translate user needs, domain-specific workflows, and product strategy into intuitive user journeys, interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity interface designs for complex B2B use cases.
* Validate ideas through lean research, rapid prototyping, and iterative testing to reduce risk and increase confidence in product decisions.
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers to frame problems, challenge assumptions, define success criteria, and ensure user-centric outcomes.
* Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, clearly specified, and implemented with high quality and fidelity to UX intent.
* Provide guidance, structured feedback, and quality reviews to other designers and external partners, ensuring alignment with design principles and UI standards.
* Advocate for strong user experience quality while balancing business priorities, regulatory considerations, and technical constraints.
* Establish and maintain design principles, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

What you bring 

* 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS environments, ideally working on complex professional workflows. Experience in medical and/or legal domains is an advantage.
* Proven ability to own UX end-to-end, from discovery and research through to delivery and implementation support.
* Strong hands-on experience with UX research methods, interviews, validation techniques, and usability testing.
* Extensive experience working with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff.
* Solid UI design skills, with a sharp eye for layout, interaction design, visual consistency, and detail.
* Ability to operate both at a conceptual level (problem framing, systems thinking) and at a detailed execution level (interaction states, edge cases, specifications).
* Experience working in cross-functional product teams in agile environments, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* Nice to have: 
** Familiarity with modern AI tools for research, ideation and UI/UX exploration e.g. Miro AI, Figma Make or UX Pilot
