**Your location**
Bremen is a charming city full of history in the northwest of Germany. In addition to being one of the country’s greenest cities, it offers wonderful sights, a rich culture, urban flair and culinary delights. It’s also a great place for seaside lovers, being located just an hour’s drive from the North Sea coast.

As working student, you will be integrated into a small local team, which is part of an international team at various locations in Germany,
France and Great Britain.
As a working student, you will gain an insight into the work of a legal counsel, especially in the area of space business, where the main
customers are predominantly public clients, such as the European Space Agency (ESA) or the German Aerospace Center (DLR). Here the
contracts are discussed and negotiated in collaboration with the departments to which the corresponding general terms and conditions
generally apply. But there are also other commercial customers, especially within the framework of the Bartolomeo and Starlab project, which
need to be served.
The largest project at the Bremen site is the European Service Module (ESM) for the NASA Orion spacecraft, which stands out due to its
small series production (ESM-1 to ESM-6 have already been commissioned by ESA). Space Systems also includes areas such as Mars
programs and LEO orbit programs.

Your tasks:
• Writing briefing notes
• Conducting research as part of contractual risk analysis
• Follow current case law and new legal developments
• Participation in the drafting of standard contracts in English and German
• Analysis of confidentiality agreements

What are you bringing with you?
• An already completed bachelor's degree or preliminary diploma in the field of law and jurisprudence
• You are a registered master/diploma student (d/m/f) at a college or university in the field of law and legal sciences
• Very good MS Office knowledge and a certain IT affinity
• You are a team player, communicative and have an independent way of working
• You have very good knowledge of German and English
