We are an open-minded, dedicated team looking for you — a student of Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Your tasks would include:
* Supporting the GEA Academy team in day-to-day operations at an international level for 16-20 hours per week

* Working on diverse projects and being a full-fledged member of the team

* Taking on independent responsibilities in organizing and administrating training

* Assisting in planning, creating, and implementing each year’s training courses and materials for corporate training

* Working with our Learning Management System to maintain the learning catalog and managing the end-to-end registration and participation process and maintaining learning histories

* Supporting the creation of e-learnings

* Handling Learning & Development inquiries and communications with all Academy participants

* Operational and administrative tasks are part of your role

Your Profile / Qualifications

* You are studying Adult Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field

* You are open-minded, motivated, want to gain practical experience, and develop yourself further

* You demonstrate a high degree of independence and responsibility for assigned tasks

* You have a precise, independent, and proactive working style with high quality standards

* Ideally, you already have some experience in Learning & Development

* Long-term availability (more than 1 year as a working student)

* Very good Microsoft Office skills and an affinity for working with systems (Learning Management System, Ticketing System such as ServiceNow, Articulate)

* Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
