To strengthen our Commercial team in Munich, we are currently recruiting for a
## Working Student - Commercial Operations (m/f/d)
## on a part-time basis (ca. 10 hours/week).
### Job responsibilities:
- Assist with customer service operations and administrative tasks
- Contribute to the creation of commercially relevant reports
- Support the supply chain and alliance teams in the daily operational activities
- Maintain and archive business-related documentation
- Assist in meeting arrangements, documentation and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with Otsuka’s Standard Operation Procedures
### Your profile:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Humanitarian Sciences, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry
