You will gain hands-on insights into international tax matters while supporting ongoing projects and day-to-day operations — an ideal entry point into corporate finance and taxation. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Support the preparation and review of domestic and international VAT declarations. * Assist in the preparation of VAT refund applications * Contribution to the digitalization and optimization of tax-related processes. * Support in handling VAT requests from internal departments. * Analysis of VAT-relevant processes and support with related documentation. * Assistance during VAT audits and in responding to queries from tax authorities. * Contribute to data analyses and tax-related reporting using Excel and PowerPoint. * Work closely with experienced tax professionals and learn on the job. Show your expertise * You are currently enrolled in business, economics, or a related degree program, ideally with a focus on finance or taxation. * You have gained initial practical experience in tax, accounting, or controlling, for example through internships or working student roles. * You have a strong academic record and solid MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. * You work independently, take ownership, and enjoy collaborating with others. * You have a strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, and a quick grasp of new topics. * You are fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus. * Most importantly, you are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your knowledge of corporate tax.
