The Team – your impact
As a Working Student Digital Technology Project Management / PMO (f/m/d) you will be part of our internal Project Management / PMO Practice that is spearheading E.ON’s Digital Technology initiatives. This means becoming a key member of a skilled team of project management and PMO experts who will lead, shape, transform and digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe.
Your Role – meaningful undamp; rewarding
- You will support with a set of PMO activities on our key programs across the E.ON Group and leverage the work on our methodology
- You will contribute to defining of our Project Management/PMO methodology and establishing a knowledge management approach to keep it up to date across E.ON
- You develop and professionalize our Project Services practice by contributing to the multiple internal activities like communication, team building, standard operating procedure documentation and so forth
- You prepare and moderate meetings and presentations in terms of content and organization
- You create the project documentation with our teams, drive and record the project progress
- You help keep track of our team’s financials and performance
Your Profile – authentic undamp; open-minded
- You are an enrolled student in a study program related to IT, Business Administration or with a similar focus (for at least 1- 1,5 more years)
- You have already gained first basic project management experience and technology knowledge
- You proactively drive and structure topics, demonstrate strategic thinking, and manage complex situations
- Curiosity, proactivity and can-do attitude regarding the topics 'on your plate'
- Forward looking thinking, sound judgment and comfort with ambiguity
- Good communicaiton skills, written and oral
- Business fluent in English and German
