**You'll make an impact by**- You will assist in developing communication strategies that effectively convey the vision of future mobility, energy use, and digital transformation within the IT department- Additionally, you will support the implementation of change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and acceptance of new technologies and processes across the organization- Furthermore, you'll collaborate with various team members to create engaging content that fosters an innovative and collaborative culture- By participating in these strategic projects, you contribute to shaping how Siemens adapts to and leads in the evolving technological landscape

**This is how you'll win us over**
- **Education**: Currently enrolled in a university program related to Communications, Culture Studies, Change Management, Economic Psychology, Information Technology or a similar field- **Experience and Skills**:- Experience or strong interest in corporate communications or change management- Skills in digital communication tools and platforms- Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and change processes- Experience in event planning are a plus

- **Ways of Working**: Demonstrates creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment- **Languages**: Proficiency in English and German is required
