What you'll do


- Create a WIKI for Partner Sales Processes:
- Develop a detailed WIKI to document "how-to" guides related to partner sales processes.
- Leverage AI tools and existing documentation in JIRA to ensure content accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with SAP Process Experts to refine and verify information.


- Create Test Cases and Support E2E Testing:
- Assist in designing comprehensive test cases for new features in partner sales processes.
- Participate in end-to-end testing to ensure the quality and functionality of new system features.
- Communicate findings and collaborate with process and development teams to resolve issues.


What you bring


- Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Understanding of process management, documentation practices, and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and JIRA software is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work well in a team setting.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and independent work.
- Fluent in English
