Your role :
Are you ready to drive meaningful change in the finance department of a leading global science and technology company? As a Working Student (all genders) in the Finance Transformation Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance.We are implementing an Accounting and Month-end-closing tool to enhance automation and establish a state-of-the-art finance process. Your contributions will directly support the success of our transformation program, equipping you with valuable skills and experiences that will accelerate your professional growth.In this role, you will assist the project business leads and Change Management efforts, translating ideas into actionable plans, processes, and solutions that drive program success. You will also prepare and organize workshops and events to align diverse stakeholders with program goals, while supporting data analysis and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Your Qualifications:

- Education: A curious and ambitious student pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in business-related topics, such as internships in finance, consulting, project management, or similar areas. Exposure to project management or change management methodologies is an advantage but not required.
- Fluency (C1) in English and German.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with international teams and senior stakeholders.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset: Enthusiastic about driving innovation and transformation. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Open-minded and collaborative, eager to contribute ideas and solutions.
