**Working Student - HR**

Grow with us! We are currently looking for a Working Student to join our HR Team

**Main tasks**

• Close cooperation and general support with HR Business Partners, HR Generalists and other relevant stakeholders within HR department

• Creation, processing and review of HR-relevant documents along the HR value chain

• Processing of administrative personnel matters (entries and departures, transfers, salary adjustments, sick leave, maintenance of personnel files, etc.)

• Receiving and processing inquiries from employees

• Maintenance of employee data and absence management (especially sick leave) in HR-relevant systems, e.g. Workday, user management or time & absence management via Atoss

• Working on Documents: Scanning, segregation and management of employee Documents

• Preparation of certificates, confirmations of dismissal and employment references in close cooperation with business

• Creation and development of standard HR reports

• Management of job tickets

**Job requirements**

• Fluent in German and English, especially Business English

• High commitment and team orientation

• Enrolled in any university as student for Bachelor or Master
