Grow with us! We are currently looking for a working student to join our AML Compliance Team that is a part of our Corporate Compliance Department. Our team is responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate and effective internal policies, procedures and controls to prevent misusing of the company or its resources for money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activities.

**Your tasks and responsibilities:**

·         Support the team in the creation and further development of policies and control procedures for ensuring compliance with the AML legal and regulatory requirements.

·         Support the implementation, development and constant updating of the MLRO Monitoring Plan and perform regular and ad-hoc monitoring activities.

·         Assist the compliance officers in analyzing and identifying potential gaps, deficits or inefficiencies in the AML control framework, and implement remedial measures.

·         Handle as a 2nd-line support day-to-day issues in Customer Due Diligence (Know Your Customer), Transactions Due Diligence and Sanctions/PEP Screening.

·         Provide analyses and overviews of upcoming legal requirements as well as support the update and development of new training materials.

·         Support internal projects like data consolidation and portfolio migration to a new AML/KYC platform.

**Your skills and experience:**

·         Ongoing education in Law, Business Law, Economics, or other relevant major.

·         Previous AML experience or regulatory knowledge would be an advantage.

·         Strong English language skills. German language skills would be a plus.

·         Advanced MS Office literacy.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability in concisely summarizing complex topics.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work effectively in international environment with people at all levels in the organization.
