Working student (m/f/d) Commercial Excellence

**The following challenges await you:**



- We always work in teams with flat hierarchy levels - and you will be typically part of one our project teams and can take over responsibility on the project from day 1 to develop your skills.

- Together we work closely with the Heraeus Operating Companies on strategic commercial topics such as marketing, sales, pricing, new business models, sustainability, or growth initiatives.

- The application of our proven Commercial Excellence Toolbox and on-the-job coaching will help you to learn a lot on these topics.

- During the projects you will be involved in conducting interviews, analyzing data, conducting market research and developing improvement initiatives.

- You will be involved in the preparation of workshops and also participate in these meetings to give you the opportunity to be involved in and actively shape the decision-making process.



**Your profile:**



- Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field

- Interest in marketing, sales, pricing, sustainable business models, and/or growth topics

- High motivation and reliability, eagerness to learn, team player, analytically minded, proficient in MS Office applications, very good communication skills (German & English)

- Showing strong initiative - "waiting for instructions" is not an option for you

- Ideally first work experience in a similar role, such as an internship or working student position in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Consulting

- Typically availability for 6 month or longer and up to 20h per week (with possibility to increase in semester breaks if desired)
