- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product owners, and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer engagement
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of the sales strategy and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Find improvements opportunities in processes related to sales, design potential solutions, and implement required changes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the sales strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand the target market and competitors
Ihr Profil:
Fascination and enthusiasm surrounding the topics of aviation, engines, and sustainability are the key to unlocking the door to our international and dynamic team.
- Studies in economics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering, or comparable fields desirable
- Practical experience before or during studies desirable
- Very good computer skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Experience designing presentations, especially in marketing or sales environments, desirable
- Experience with PowerBI or similar business analytics platform desirable
- Very good English and good German language skills in both spoken and written form
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative
