During your first months at Vega, you will join a well-structured onboarding program, getting to know our prod-ucts, our business, our customers, and the market—supported by great colleagues who want to see you succeed.
Your role
- Build and develop strong customer relationships while driving sales growth.
- Manage offers, pricing, forecasts, and customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate orders, packaging, labels, and customer claims.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads from trade fairs and events.
- Work closely with Sales, Planning, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure excellent customer service.
- Use tools such as Targit and Navision BC to support commercial decisions and daily operations
What we are looking for
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a re-lated field.
- Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Customer Service, ideally within the food or seafood indus-try
- Energetic, curious, and eager to learn about the salmon industry.
- Confident in customer interactions and flexible when it comes to working across time zones
- Positive, solution-oriented and committed to results
- Driven by results and motivated to exceed targets—your ambition sets the pace.
- Comfortable with an international environment and cross-team collaboration
