We are seeking YOU – ACCOUNT MANAGER Social Media – to oversee and elevate the strategic management of our social media presence, ensuring seamless collaboration, outstanding client satisfaction, and impactful digital communication across channels reaching millions of users.

What you’ll do:

- Steer social media and campaign projects from briefing to final “landing”, including timelines, budgets, and presentations.
- Manage always-on communication across channels with solid social media know-how.
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate creators, ensuring smooth contracting and invoicing.
- Organize content productions and ensure seamless collaboration between clients and production teams.
- Create reports and documentation.
- Advise clients in their daily business with strong reporting, analysis, scheduling, and presentation skills.
- Act as a trusted partner for your clients, guiding brands safely through any “turbulence”.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies, keeping multiple projects on track.
- Work confidently with PowerPoint, Excel, and new digital trends.

Ihr Profil:

What you’ll need:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Initial experience in project management, ideally within digital marketing or a creative environment.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and keep deadlines on track.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
